Act Now--local historical organizations 501(c)3 non-profit status could be threatened

An item from the IRS has come to our attention recently and it’s something that may require your urgent attention today.

According to the IRS, all non-profit organizations with gross receipts under $25,000 must file an IRS 990 form by May 17 or risk losing their tax exempt status. Please go to the IRS’s website for more information: http://www.irs.gov/charities/.
