OAHSM’s annual meeting is your opportunity to gain new skills and find out from others in organizations just like yours how they are doing in these historic times. The meeting is easy to get to at the Ohio Historical Center, located just off of I-71 at 17th Ave. and just north of the state fairgrounds.
The Ohio Association of Historical Societies & Museums, organized in 1960 under sponsorship of the Ohio Historical Society, is composed of local historical societies, historic preservation groups, history museums, libraries, archives, and genealogical societies throughout the state involved in collecting, preserving, and interpreting Ohio's history.
The Ohio Historical Society is a nonprofit organization that serves as the state's partner in preserving and interpreting Ohio's history, archaeology, and natural history.
